Rates and Fees
Fee Schedule
In order to accommodate the demands of “cost-conscious” clients, I am pleased to offer competitive rates, which apply to all Mediation bookings made on or after January 1, 2025 as follows:
Half day mediation (from 10 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 5 pm)

Additional Fees and Disbursements & Telephone and Settlement Conference / Blitz Mediation Fees
Charges for room rental / facility fees, catering, parking and related expenses, if any, are in addition to the above Mediation Fees. An extra “flat fee” will be charged for travel time outside of the GTA (based on the requested location).
We also offer Telephone Mediations and Settlement Conference / Blitz services at special rates. E-mail or call for details.
ROSTER RATES will be considered, if requested, on a case by case basis, based on the Mediator's discretion and availability.
Continuation fees
If the mediation session is not concluded within the designated half day or full day time, the mediation may continue, with the consent of the parties, at an hourly rate of $325 per hour.
Cancellation fees
Cancellations within 30 days but more than 14 days before the scheduled mediation date are subject to a $750+ HST cancellation fee for a half day mediation and $1,250 + HST for a full day mediation. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled mediation date will be billed at $1,500 + HST for a half day mediation and $2,500 + HST for a full day mediation. Cancellation fees will be waived if the same matter is rescheduled with FND Mediations for a later date.
